Dominik did a wonderful job throughout the process. What started out as a yearly maintenance check became a major item. He did a wonderful job of explaining the situation, being patient with me while I got my insurance in line, getting me a loaner and getting the car back. One item of note, on my way home from the dealership, my front right tire was at 51 psi. It's possible after the patch was completed, it was not reduced. I caught it on my way home when the tpms light went off and I was able to correct it myself.

I came in for a oil change and a 16,000 miles inspection after the inspection I was told I needed a new battery and a filter after the battery was installed in my vehicle and I paid for the service and left the dealership the mechanic forgot to reset everything unfortunately I had to return to the dealership to get my clock/calendar reset after leaving the dealership for the second time while driving I tried letting my front passenger window down and it wouldn't let down. I called the service department and spoke with Patrick regarding this matter I was told the mechanic forgot to reset everything now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to return to the dealership. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied.

Dominick was very helpful & offered me to reschedule as the diagnostics might take 2 hours or longer. It took a bit over 2 hours which was okay with me.

Patrick did a commendable job. Appreciated his attention to detail and fact that he mentioned we should have our tires rotated too. We took his advice and had that done as well as the oil change. He was very professional courteous and helpful. We are definitely glad we bought our Subaru Crosstrek from International Auto. We have been extremely pleased with its performance and your service.
