I called back this afternoon and is still waiting for the phone call. I forgot to give them a coupon to get $25 off for the tire rotation.
Wonderful service. I was so lucky to have Evey Merriman as my service advisor. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and all around pleasant. Her spoken word was truth. If she told me that she would call me with updates she did.
Also this is the first time I have ever had to have my car in for a lengthy time. I was offered a loaner car which was wonderful. So thank you Subaru. I will never buy any other brand of car. And I certainly tell others to buy Subaru.
Went in for a scheduled oil change. Waited 1.5 hours. Lugnut/stud was stripped so had to wait for it to be fixed. I appreciate that they were honest but with a long wait I don't think this should've happened.

I had this appointment for 2 months. I asked for a complete 36000 mile service done as lined out in the service manual. I went through item by item that I wanted addressed. All that was done was an oil change and the cabin filter was changed. Your service manager seemed disingenuous in regards to my missing lugnut lock key. I will follow up with Gerald Subaru and return ASAP to have the tires rotated and the car washed. my car was completed after 50 minutes, if that??? I asked for the 36000 service to be done. I told Evey I wanted the Transfluid to be checked. Inspect the clutch. Check the brake system, Suspension. I don't think all those areas were addressed in less than an hour. I will contact you once I have the key.

Service was fine but you need a system that takes calls or checks VM when someone is out so customers don't go 2 days without a call back.
