I met Vinnie for the first time on Tuesday this week. Vinnie has a professional customer service perspective. He listened closely to what I was telling him about both my wife's car 2022 Crosstrek with parking gear malfunction and getting 4 new tires and alignment on my 2017 Outback. International Subaru is fortunate to have Vinnie.
Vince was excellent at explaining the services to be performed today. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me to the waiting room (I Normally use a cane). After the service was completed Vince thoroughly answered my questions about the services performed. It was a wonderful, positive experience working with Vince today
Service was spectacular. I always enjoy my experience there, and I will go nowhere else to service my fleet vehicle.

Dominik was great to work with on the servicing of my Forester. From the time I dropped off my vehicle until I picked it up, Dominik kept me well informed of the needed repairs and the progress of the work. My car was ready when promised and is running well.
Juvenal was MOST professional: courteous, effective, diligent. I felt that he went out of his way to accommodate me in my situation under the circumstances. I appreciated his patience and dedication in seeing to it that I experienced the best possible outcome.

I have to say it was enjoyable waiting for my car. Everyone I met was so kind. I sat and watched TV which I never do and had a snack and drink. What a great experience. I live in Joliet so it’s not close but for the great service I’ll drive a distance. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll recommend the dealership to anyone I know who’s interested in a new vehicle. I love my Subaru Forester.
