I recently had my DCM replaced and my battery upgraded due to a battery draw issue. Afterwards the car had been running fine and the new battery has been holding a charge. However,I noticed my shift knob was scratched during the repair. After explaining what happened, Dominik was able to order a new shift knob and replace it free of charge. He even gave me a car wash. Dominik was very apologetic and very nice to work with during this whole time. I am very appreciative of him and your service team for getting me taken care of and making things right. Thanks again!

I had an appointment at 7:30am. I arrived a few minutes early, but was able to check in without a problem.
The issue is that I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes just for an oil change. There were several people that arrived after me that were in and out. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if cars are not lined at in that order?

The service advisor asked me if I wanted my car washed after serviced and I said yes. When I picked up the car just before closing, I pulled away and then soon realized it hadn’t been washed. A bit disappointed.
