Justin went above and beyond to get me into a loaner while my vehicle needed extra services. He was in communication with me throughout the whole process and very accommodating.
Justin patiently answered all my questions and succeeded in getting my car serviced in a timely manner. I found Justin to be very professional and knowledgeable. I won’t hesitate to request to work with him again, in the future. Justin’s definitely a strong Subaru team member.

Sam was pleasant & helpful with the valet service but that was the end of it. I was quoted $2600+ to “degrease & powerwash, degrease & powerwash, degrease & powerwash” the engine compartment plus removing the heat shield & a”wrap”, cleaning as well as possible & replacing wrap as oil was in the fibers & the car would always smell like burning oil If not done. I was told nothing was covered by warranty because I went elsewhere for an oil change 8/9/23. My local body shop cleaned & degreased it for no charge & the smell is completely gone..it took about 3 hrs. I called for appointment 1/15 & got in on 1/29. I don’t believe I would ever trust your service department again. I also paid for 2 separate diagnostics which showed nothing because I was made to feel guilty that I chose not to spend $2600 + for something that was completed perfectly elsewhere for $0. I did not purchase my vehicle here as I had major issues with the service dept with my last Subaru. Apparently nothing has changed. I sincerely doubt that the local business makes a habit of doing $2600 worth of business for free so it makes you wonder how much of the $2600 was padding. It seems to me that if an oil filter fails, leaks & somehow reseals itself, that could be a recall/warranty problem not a filter problem especially since I was told that it was rare but had happened at Subaru with genuine Subaru parts as well. Luckily my brother was helping me out. When I said I would take the car locally because I felt I was being overcharged , Sam told me that he didn’t think it would work out like I thought & they would still do the repair if needed but would not help me again with the valet service. - pretty petty. I guess he was wrong and I will drive farther to have any service done by a different dealership in the future.

I could not have expected any better service than what I received. Evey was extremely professional and polite. She kept me informed throughout the process. In the 43 years I have worked in Car dealerships, I have seen many advisors come and go. Evey is a needle in a hay stack. Keep up the excellent work!!!
