There was a missed quote with the cost of new headlight lamps, and I had to purchase a brand new battery with installation. The prices are inflated in comparison,But I didn’t wanna go through the hassle of taking my vehicle elsewhere. Otherwise, the explanations behind things were good and the timeliness of me dropping my car off and getting it back was great.

Very efficient and friendly
So the service people I dealt with- Sam, Mike and Katie are excellent! Very helpful, kind, courteous and efficient. They're every effort to get my car fixed. But the mechanics that worked on it took a long time to diagnose the problem. I understand that the airbag light malfunction was an uncommon, random issue and that they are very busy. But it took a long time. I realize they had to wait until the consumer relations department figured out how much Subaru would be responsible for. And I was very grateful for their contribution. But now I wonder if it's going to happen again down the road. Let's hope not, as I originally purchased a Subaru partly because of their impeccable reputation. I'm just a little more skeptical now. But thaks again to the staff at the desk.
Everything went well. Patrick was a wonderful service representative. The wait area was very comfortable and clean. My car was washed clean. My only comment is that it would be nice if there was a bench or benches outside to sit on in nice weather.

Gianna was exceptional. Even though there was a very significant negative issue that was not resolved by her manager, she rose to the occasion and gave excellent service.

I guess that you and I both will have to accept that there are still some issues to be resolved with all the inflation currently present. I want lower prices and you need to keep your shop on an even financiall keel.

The service Joey Hernandez was excellent his professionalism was exceptional. He took care of my problem and replaced the tired that was bad. He did an inspection of all the tires they all were in good condition. Is always a pleasure going to the dealer when I have a problem with my car because I know they will take care of everything.
