I had a 9:40 appt and it took over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation
Plus they changed my dash settings. Don't mind if they needed to do it for the oil change but please put it back.
Incredible service… Joey was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car. He took the time to explain all my options for the service I needed and even shared what service will be like for my Subaru in the future. He recognized that I was a first time Subaru owner. He was super efficient and there was not wait time. I was just very impressed with the whole service experience and just another thing I love about owning my first Subaru.
I made the appointment via the Subaru app, no where does it say that I was going to be charged $165 just to look at my car for a known issue with the car stereo. I've only had the car for 3 months I was unaware that the warranty was expired since I bought the car at CarMax. The person who helped me didn't take the time to explain that my warranty was expired he held out his clip board assuming I understood what all the dates were. Once I realized the warranty was expired I decided that I wasn't going to pay Subaru to "look" at my car.
