Kate was great but after over a week I drove my car less than 5 miles and my check engine light came right back on. So not so satisfied with the actual mechanics.
The main problem I brought my car in for repair was the air conditioning not working properly. I was told the technician found it to be working fine. You can read the report for yourself, I don't buy it. My air conditioning still is not working properly. I arranged to have my car there while I was out of town for work. Now I need my car and the dealership will not provide a loaner because I have too many miles on my car. My family has bought four cars from the International dealership, two Subarus, a Kia and a used car from the Subaru dealership. I am very disappointed in how the dealership is treating me. A manager (Tesal came up with a workable solution so kudos to her.

Eve was great but my after service report said all tires were inflated to 36 PSI. I checked the tire pressure on the display on my dashboard. Front tires were at 32 and 31 PSI. Rear tires were at 30 and 33 PSI. It makes me wonder if any service was actually done on my car.
Evey was very professional and courteous. My service was completed quickly and at a fair price. I will be back.

Evey Merriman is the best Service Advisor I’ve ever had at your dealership. My oil change was done, and Evey went to check on it. She was gone a while, and I looked around the corner, and there she was, washing my car! That’s above and beyond the call in my book! IA is very lucky to have Evey in your employ.
