When dropping off my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation and recall I didn't expect to have my drivers seat re-adjusted for the comfort of one of your employees. There was no reason for it to be lowered, reclined, lumbar undone, pushed back so far it could go no further.
I can see pushing back a little for leg room to get the car to the stall but all those changes were not necessary and I'm sure I'm not the first customer to bring this to your attention.
I was told it would require 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Total time was about 1 hour 35 minutes. It usually takes longer than what is stated.
