The cashier was excellent and provided superior service. Billy Hassan and your mechanics had my car for over a month and did not check the lights, like any jiffy lube would, after paying $6000 for repairs and waiting over a month for the work. I had to wait at least 30 minutes more upon arrival for a new headlight that was discovered. Then I had to wait longer because my car was trapped behind another they were doing a last minute windshield wiper fix on, that I'm sure also should have been caught long before as well. The mechanics and other salesman ignored Billy Hassans request that I be allowed to exit the garage, and another salesman went out of his way to direct insults towards me because I made it clear I was impatient over waiting, and that salesman attempted to start a verbal altercation. I am filing a better business bueureu complaint over my interactions with international motors, and my assistant is preparing this accurate response to be used over various consumer websites to ensure others are aware of the basic umprofessionalism that occurred by the mechanics and sales staff at international suburb. I will have to take my maintained business elsewhere and will not purchase a new Subaru I am planning to from international, and will encourage others on my professional network as a Xlinical Psychologist not to do business with International Suburu due to my highly negative experiences with the dealership.

Express oil change means moves along quickly. So therefore, don’t think i should have to wait a hour & 20 mins. Told I would get a car wash & no car wash done.
