I made an appointment and waited an hour and a half. I asked how long I would have waited if I hadn’t made an appointment and was told an hour an a half. What exactly is the point of having an appointment?
When I pulled in for service a gentleman working with Ryan noticed one of my fog lights was out. I thought Ryan wrote it on the work sheet, but didnt. I paid my bill and when getting in the car said “ and the fog light was replaced, right?” , at which point Ryan fumbled the papers, went away, returned saying they’d have to order it snd I’d have to return tomorrow. He quoted what I would be charged. I told him I’d go to a closer dealership near my home.
