I arrived to my appt to fo a basic oil change. The price with tax was going to be 243.00. I cancelled after calling my husband who informed me the price was overinflated. I have a friend with the same vehicle who pays no less than 100. for the same service. I Didn’t pay this much at fletcher audi. I was taken advantage of and will not be back to orland audi

The gentleman that assisted me was great, professional courteous, and very pleasant. However the loaner I received interior was extremely dirty, this was the first time I’ve experienced this at this dealership. Normally everything is on point.
