The laptimer doesnt work in my vehicle after the pick up it was like it was deleted from the original software i had working just fine before it was dropped off along with the air conditioning accurately the drivers side cabin is blowing warmer air than the passenger side cabin i believe when the put in the new wire harness it affected many other things in my vehicle Dariusz the technician told me that they couldn't add the lap timer that was already programmed to my vehicle from stock that states the boost gauge and temperature of the oil of the vehicle every stock S6 S7 came with that lap timer its like they dont want me to see the temperature of the oil or to see if it is holding boost They also did the recall without my approval or notifying me of any of the steps and i honestly do not understand why they couldnt do a software update and why they had to remove the lap timer and put in display Darkened besides that application something is still not right that is why i am sending the vehicle back they also told me that one of the bolts were warped when i just had my entire braking system and suspension serviced i have the documentation to prove it and the technician just ignored me i never had a stripped bolt the last time my wheels were removed they put the anti seizing agent and now im driving my vehicle with a lug nut on my drivers side rear wheel which does not seem safe to me i honestly think that all of the flaws i have were done purposely

Gerald was able to provide emergency service information when I was stranded, then assisted in replacing the damaged tire and having it replaced on my car. Fantastic Service. I’ve typically had great Audi service experiences, however, this time around I felt that Dariusz and co really cared to make sure the loud humming issue is resolved. All interactions have been lovely as well, and prompt. Great customer service!

Humberto was great as was the service. However I never heard back from two managers on a few questions that I had. On July 21 I made my service appointment after multiple attempts to reach some(system is terrible) I talked to Lacy. She was not able to answer my question but was very understanding and placed my questions in an email to two of her managers. Needless to say they never contacted me. This has happened before. It appears that no one at the managerial level seems to either care or is incompetent
