Vincent was excellent. Not sure why I was sent a message to pay prior to pick up, though. The cashier had me give me my credit card and ID. Then she asked if I had my key when it was right there in the folder. Paying ahead did not save any of my time

A curtisey loan vehicle should be made available to loyal customers regardless of mileage, think of it as advertising for the customer to trade up to newer vehicle ????

Loaner discrepancy, lack of communication with the advisor had me
Waiting all day knowing that the vehicle needed to stay, could’ve saved me the last two hours until I asked for the status. Not being welcomed upon drop off of & pickup of vehicle. Additionally and personally the most important to me, being completely ignored by your GM when I sent an email. Customer service should always be the goal. Sadly every time I come here I don’t feel it & the service advisors are not welcoming at all!

Ryan was great however I had to come into the dealership after waiting since August 25th trying to get someone to give me an appointment. Called almost everyday, having to leave messages and never received a call back. So I made a trip in to see what could be done and luckily there was an opening.
Excellent employee is Ryan Toso.
