Gerald Wilson has great customer service. He kept me informed on everything that was going on with my vehicle. He provided me with a loaner because he knew how bad I needed transportation during this process.

After bringing my q3 in for the 3rd time to be repaired for the sunroof leaking, it took another month for an appointment, then another month to repair it. I picked my vehicle up today while driving home I could smell the mold in it!
If it weren’t for Gerald we would patronize another dealership.
