Darius was great. He greeted me, informed me with what was going on with my car. No complaints with that.
HOWEVER!!! Audi Orland needs to do a MUCH better job with customer service, sending reminders, & consistent communication with appointments. I called a month ago about an issue with my car... I left several voicemails and called many times. I received no response and then out of the blue, I got a phone call saying I had an appointment that I NEVER even scheduled. Not only did I have to call back and see 1. why I was having an appointment and 2. when did I even schedule my appointment. Lots of issues that need to be fixed with answering phone calls in the Audi Service Department. Very bad, very unorganized, very unprofessional. It’s so bad that I dread driving to Audi Orland because of how bad the service is. Not a good look for Audi Orland. I know I am not the only customer that feels this way.
Your upsale needs work and you pricing...the training of service writers and the communication to the customers needs work also...but they are very nice...

My request “please don’t wash my car” was not followed by the service staff. Humberto had it written on the work order but they still washed it. Eric has already talked to me about a resolution so non red to call.

In addition my Bluetooth isn’t connect. So I cannot connect to Apple Car Play. Now I have to go figure it out.

The service was excellent even though it was longer than I expected. I would recommend that a new rim company for refinishing be contracted. The rims look great but they appeared not to be reliable in keeping their appointments.
