Lost engine cover clips and didn't screw bolt s holding bottom cover, one lost the other half way loose.

Dariusz was great and very informative. The issue was that my car was washed. The last two times I was in for service I asked for my car not to be washed, and both times it was washed. I had just spent hours hand waxing it and I wanted that layer of wax on the car a bit longer.
Mr. Wilson is always friendly and courteous. He listens to you when you bring your vehicle in for service. He is an asset to Audi Orland Park. I would rate him a ten in customer service.

Every time my vehicle has been serviced, I must request for it to be washed. I didn’t have the time this time to wait so I didn’t bother asking. Additionally, after having my vehicle in for servicing for a month, I now have to bring the vehicle back because the service job is yet incomplete. The vehicle was due for an oil change at the time the vehicle was dropped off… (it was short by a few hundred miles - however definitely receiving alerts the dashboard at the time of service) after such an extensive delay in service I surely didn’t expect to get my vehicle back and have to come back immediately and not wait for an opening to complete the service that should have already been completed. Totally frustrating and a total infringement on my time.
Gerald, as always, did a great job for us today. He definitely is a major reason we have always taken our A4 here.
