Everything went good during my visit
The courtesy vehicle provided was very dirty. The inside of every window was so badly streaked I had to clean the drivers side of the windshield. There was garbage in between the front seat and door and the vehicle needed a vacuuming. So, I needed to provide my drivers license, credit card, proof of adequate insurance to be provided a vehicle while mine was getting serviced which included recall work and I was given a dirty, smelly car. NOT GOOD!!

Gerald was EXCELLENT with handling our issue with the Audi TT. He was professional and thorough in every way. I will definitely go through him for any future work on the TT!
The person who was assisting me got an attitude when I asked him for my keys so I could pay and go. I sat there almost 15 minutes while he spoke on the phone. He was a bit rude when I asked for my keys saying something I really didn’t appreciate.
I have no issue with Gerald as a person, I just know that if circumstances were different, previously in the same field, things may have been more hectic.. I am satisfied with the resolution, and all that assisted. I came in fully accountable with a deep understanding of the business. With that being said,this experience was an area of opportunity on both ends.

Gerald displayed the epitome of what great customer service should look like. Although understaffed the day I came in he managed to take care of us all in a timely fashion. Give him a raise and hire more help

The only comment I have is that it took over 30min to take my vehicle in for a scheduled maintenance appointment. It took 20min before I was engaged with a representative.
