I put all of my trust in Gerald when I bring my vehicle in for service. I have never had a complaint when Gerald takes care of me!!!
The issue I came to the service department with was not addressed or fixed. I dropped off my vehicle to have the REAR WINDSHIELD DEFROST checked out and repaired. Instead, the rear ac climate control was looked at and “fixed” which was already working just fine to begin with. I tried calling the service department back and I could not get a hold of anyone nor has anyone called me back. This took time out of my work day and left me without a vehicle, which I now have to take back to the service department to have it actually fixed again.
Dariusz is great and always kept us updated on our vehicle. I always bring my vehicles here and Dariusz always welcomes us with a smile and is very knowledgeable.
It was a pleasure to work with Dariusz, like all Audi associates, he is at the top of his form and I sincerely appreciate the attention and time he gave me helping with my car's maintenance. Thank you.

I think you can explain to me when I'm sitting right there about my service instead of sending me a text to your waiting room. I tried to read my results when I got home and it wouldn't let me continue saying I hadn't paid yet.
