Tried calling several times to service with no answers. When I did get through to an operator they transferred and the line hung up. Communication was way below expectations.

I was informed of the speakers in the rear my car were not blowing because of the stereo system play out. I had Select out of my car. I still believe the rattling in the back it will check back before 60,000 miles besides that my service advisor did a great job.

1. Lack of co-ordination. Eg Different individuals giving you many different updates on your vehicle. Any associate should be able to check the information and provide accurate information/answers to the customer 2. Lack of effective communication .there is a lot of mis communication. 3. Wrong parts was sent for my vehicle. Now I am waiting endlessly for the correct part to arrive.

I would like a 2021 or 2022 model with low mileage in the same model or HSE Sport in black or gray color exterior and NOT a diesel fuel.

Not enough communication as to status of car. No loaner. When I picked up after hours and initially was told I couldn’t pay more than 5000 on a credit card and they would not release my car without full payment. He was able to get permission from someone. But. If that’s your policy and you know my bill was over $5000 why not tell me before I come so I could have brought a check or cash for the difference. Again lack of communication.

I’ve had my Range Rover since 2019.. in the past I’ve taken it to other dealers because Tinley seemed so busy. I needed an oil change ASAP and Tinley was the closet place. I’m very big on time, when I pulled up it was at least 8 cars ahead of me. My Rep was presentable and efficient I was expecting to be there 3 hours looking at the pull up. He kept me informed and even took part in washing my vehicle. I noticed my check engine light was on and immediately got to the problem.. very attentive, caring and detail oriented… I will return… Thank you Tinley Park Jaguar
