I can't say enough about the service and handling I received from Kobe. From the the time I dropped my vehicle off...untill the time I picked it up, Kobe made me completely aware of what was being done to my vehicle (and why!). He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. High-end service...that meets the service expectations of a high-end vehicle.

The service manager towards the end of my experience was very condescending and disrespectful to me. When I came to check on my truck it wasn’t him that came over to me to check in, show concern, or even model great customer service. It was the employees! He honestly ****. Has a chip on his shoulder. He should be leading from the front, modeling what great customer service looks like. I honestly won’t be sending anyone here.

As far as Kobe goes, Kobe is a great guy. He helped me out a lot but I'm just not understanding my warranty. I guess because I still see there's some things that weren't repaired and I'm just wondering why

Put mileage sticker till next oil change on window. I waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and rotation of tires. Then the service guy in charge of me had an attitude and no time for me. Another client on phone.

I was satisfied with the service in general. My truck has been serviced and repaired. There was an issue getting a call when the part came in. I didn’t get a call when the part finally came in. It took almost 2 months. I had to call in to find out that the part was in and schedule a service appointment. That was a bit annoying. Other than that everything was fine!!
