Kobe Easley was both personable and professional he continually gave me updates on my services. I arrived at my service with an additional request to have a Sim card placed in my vehicle and he also made that happen for me which was greatly appreciated since it wasn’t scheduled. I JUST LEFT THERE & 10 MINS LATER MY LANDROVER WAS UP IN SMOKE!!!!! I HAD A RENTAL FOR 6 DAYS SO THEY COULD DO ALLLLL DA REPAIRS I APPROVED….. DIDNT HAPPENED & ENDANGERED MY LIFE!!!! VEHICLE REPAIRS WERENT DONE IN TIME FRAME OF ALMOST WEEK & JUST TOOK MY MONEY & SENT ME ON MY WAY, ALSO MISSED WORK TODAY & MONDAY WHEN I HAD TO EXTEND CAR RENTAL SERVICE!!!!! TOTALLY NOTTT SATISFIED, GOOD OR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I’VE BEEN COMING THERE SINCE I PURCHASED MY LANDLORD

Much better experience then last visit! I request Robert on my most resent service, because he always gives updates and keeps me informed. Even when my car has to stay a few days I get a day by day play. Much easier to plan being without a car when you have frequent updates. He’s great !

The service was completely in a prompt manner. However, in a rush to make a meeting, I paid via the link before picking my vehicle up. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn’t find the receipt in the system despite me showing the confirmation repeatedly on my phone. I advised that I was in a rush and would be late for a meeting. If the process is put in place to pay prior to for ease of pick up, the associates should’ve been more accommodating.

You did an awful job repairing my car. Not only did you leave pieces out but you failed to properly diagnose my issue. I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE disgusting customer service with huge turnover
