My car was there for 2 weeks, for relatively minor service, no one answers the phone in the service department, they seem to prefer responding via text after you call and leave several messages . Diagnostic took almost a week. And I was threatened to not have my car released to me until the extended warranty company paid…the warranty I purchased from the Land Rover dealership when I purchased the car. When I finally was able to pick it up, the car was released to me with electrical panels disassembled. Worst service experience I’ve ever had.

Hi! We had our regular car service maintenance today 10am 7/2/22 for our Velar Range Rover 2020. We brought in the car for regular check up in a good condition but when we picked up the car after it was checked, it was a mess engine light is on and aircondition is not functioning. We we're disappointed that it took 40-45 mins to wait to get Kobe Easely ( service advisor) to get to the phone to tell him the situation. We brought the car back to the service and we're very glad that he was able to put it back. We are still thankful though it was not a so good experience. We also want to apologize to Kobe for the complaints which i hope he understands.
