She never answered the phone. She never called to tell me my car was ready. My experience was so bad I went to another dealership and traded in my car and bought a new one with cash!

3.5 hours to check oil level. I was supposed to be having an oil consumption test done. Last visit Was due to my check engine light coming on because I was 4 qt, low of oil and nowhere near time for an oil change. I paid for an additive to be put in, so they can see the path of the oil because they were worried it might be related to the powertrain, which is still under warranty. I was told that never happened, and they couldn't do anything about it. Oil level seemed fine per Kia requirements and they had no record of anything else being done.

Rep doesn't return calls or texts. Took several attempts to figure out what was happening with my vehicle. Changed a confirmed phone price by $200 over the 15 minutes it took me to arrive without any explanation.

I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation directly from Kia and it was not acceptable to the service manager because he couldn't find it on the Internet, but it was from Kia.

Didn’t receive any updates after dropping my car off. Called all day on day 6 and just kept getting transferred to a voicemail. Messages we not returned. Got through on the morning of day 7 and was told it should be ready by noon and I’d receive a call. Started calling around 3 and kept getting transferred back to voicemail. Finally gave up and just drove there at 5:15pm and picked up my car which was ready

The car is under warranty and I wanted the air conditioner checked. I was told that it would be a $300 . I thought that would be covered by the warranty.

The vehicle I recently purchased had detailed service records that were provided. I had the understanding that those records could be located by any dealer servicing the vehicle to know what is needed.
