I just brought my car in for recall items but my low tire light was on and it was still on when I picked it up. It would have been nice if the person who took it for a test ride would have filled the tire up.

I had been trying for almost 2 years now to have the recall work done for the engine fire on my Stinger. I was told no by a few other dealers in those 2 years. I got ahold of Michael and he got me in as soon as there was an opening and got my bad ac compressor and the safety recall done in 3 days. Thank you to Michael and the service team at International Kia for getting my car back on the road

I entered the service area and Mike Cooksey greeted me immediately. The entire service experience was great. Mike is the best. I also want to say that the service area was very clean and organized. Waiting room was well stocked with snacks and refreshments.
