ICANNOT say ENOUGHabout my experience with not Jahahi Miller but the gentleman that shuttled me to my home. 1st time in 30 years of buying brand new vehicles that I Abosultely can't say enough about the service and personnel involved. I will be following up in detail.

I had to bring my Soul in to correct your mechanic error with my oil change.The drain bolt had a double gasket from my 11/16/22 oil changed performed by Kia International. This resulted in a 4ft by 2ft oil pool in my garage. Need to retrain this mechanic and glad my turbo Soul engine was not damaged.Michael and the Service Managerapologized for my inconvenience.
