Coupon wasn't honored. Service manager was going to repair scratch on door caused by service center on last visit. He was gone when the car was returned to me. New service manager would only offer to sell me touch up paint.

Michael was exceptional! As I mentioned to him, he was great to communicate and exchange with throughout my time a International...I felt like I should give him something, a tip or something for how good he was yesterday. I felt like he really deserved a gift or something..I didn't, but I felt like I should! To all the staff, take care, go forth in the New Year, and International Kia is the best! Thank You.

Every time I come into your dealership, you lie about me having a dirty filter even though I just replaced the filters. I believe this is how you're getting money out of people. If you don't become a more honest dealership, and stop trying TO DECEIVE people out of money for unnecessary repairs. I will go to the press. AND SOCIAL MEDIA. I've already called KIA CUSTOMER SERVICE about YOUR dealership before. About a year ago, they lied and said I needed tires, breaks, and other repairs that I just had repaired a day BEFORE my appointment with International Kia. Every time I come now, they claim I have a dirty filter even though I just replaced it less than a month before. They come out with a dirty filter claiming they took it out of my car. You all are a very untrustworthy dealership. I think I may have the news investigation your fraudulent dealership.

We need more people like Jahia in the world! She was so professional and kept me updated on everything with my car. She answered every last one of my questions and if she wasn’t sure at the moment she got back to me as soon as possible with an answer. All though I wasn’t able to physically be there at kia she made the experience feel just the same. Thank you so much jahia I look forward to talking to you again in the near future.
