I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided by International Kia and Mitchell Jones. Not only were all my expectations met, but the service provided exceeded anything I could have imagined. Mitchell was incredibly informative about the process and openly available if I had concerns or questions. Superb Customer service is alive and well at this dealership.

I was disappointed that I was charged $30 to mount a new tire that I provided. I would have appreciated a complimentary service. Besides the last time I visited your dealership, I was told that nothing was wrong with the tire. Also, why doesn't a complimentary wash include the inside as well? You would think that with the pricing as it is for service, the interior would be done also.

Thanks for helping to teach me a lesson in patience. This was one of the worst business exchange of my life! Personally, Michael Cooksey insulted my intelligence by giving me half answers. Michael Cooksey provided with false/inaccurate information to me throughout the entire time period (Nov-Jan). When the parts needed for repair were on Back Order, Mr. Cooksey did not tell me. He told me the parts had been ordered and would arrive in 4 weeks. I have owned Kia/Hyundai vehicles in the past and am familiar with parts being on Back Order and would have appreciated him to tell me the parts were on Back Order so I could take appropriate action. As much as I value integrity, I also value forgiveness. I have forgiven Michael Cooksey as a person. Professionally I cannot afford to engage in business with parties who consistently provide false information intentionally or due to lack of competence. Mr. Rengifo, was very Courteous, very Professional and Kind to me on my arrival. I needed to get to work by 10am he did everything possible to get me to work on time even if it meant renting a vehicle of which he said the dealership offered a ride to the rental agency. I was very happy he was my advisor.
