Had the worst experience with this dealership never to return for starters, very unprofessional and rude towards me as a customer. Mitchell Jones shows he doesn't care about your time vested in this dealership while me as a customer patronized it. Will seek other KIA dealership in the area. Will reach out to KIA Corporation to hopefully gain some understanding and satisfaction on how a customer should be respected and taken care of at participating dealerships within this region.

I was satisfied with the service provided, but there was one issue I had. Bruno provided good service, but he need to work on returning the customer phone calls. Whenever I left a message for him, I never received a return call. I know he is busy, but he probably needs to set aside a time of day to listen to his voicemail and return his customers calls.

I truly appreciate Bruno and Rebecca letting have a loaner until my car was repaired. Bruno was on top of dealing with the insurance company and keeping me updated in what was going on. When I did get back my vehicle there was some shattered glass in the back door still and can not open my truck for some reason. I did call and leave Bruno a message.

I was going to be charged 87 dollars to put on my replacement under shield, which made no sense because they took off the old one and put it back on during the oil change. The guys even asked if i wanted the techs to put the old one back on because it is damaged. I can understand if im asking them to replace it and they arent already under the car and removing the very part i wanted replaced.
