Joey sounds like a good guy but it’s your technicians that are the issue. After my service was delayed a day as my tires were not ordered due to a miscommunication between parts and service, the service tech didn’t clean off the sealant between the tires and rim. The nice lady at the service desk saw it and rushed to clean it as I was picking it up. The other issue was one of the tires was missing a valve cap and another tire was 3lbs lower than the rest. These on their own are small items, but all combined show a lack of professionalism with your mechanics. I’m seriously considering finding an alternative to the dealership for future services

Didn’t receive car wash as promised. My Car was not waiting for me at exit when the work was done, rather down in the lot. Two hours for a scheduled oil change is excessive. Employees didn’t immediately acknowledge when customers entered. After service and going to retrieve my car from the lot, the service tag was still hanging from my mirror. Expected better at Orland.

I bought a 2022 K5 from your dealership and have been in for service a few times. I won’t be returning to International Kia. I brought my Sorrento into to have some Carmax Extended Warranty issues dealt with. I was basically scared away from having services performed or issues checked because of your $175 per issue diagnostic fee! Really, I was just charged $175 for you text to blow out my windshield washer nozzles instead of just replacing them because they still don’t spray like they used to. $175 to blow out some dirt, that is corrupt to say the least. I was told I have a leak in my panoramic sunroof by a different mechanic which also has a Service Bulletin out about correcting it. I didn’t even want to have that looked at because of the $175 potential charge to dump some water on my roof. Advisor did not call warranty company to see if diagnostic fee would be covered. I feel like your main goal is to take as much cash out of your customers pocket as possible and provide the least amount of actual service! I will be leaving an online review about this visit. If this is your dealership’s and Kia’s policy, then someone needs to have their job cut.
