The scheduling dept. Has no idea what they are doing. I was told all 3 recalls would be fixed abd when I arrived I was told only 1. The part for one of the recalls was never ordered even tho they had my vin #. I took off work for this. The gentlemen who checked me in was so kind and understanding but the scheduling department has literally no idea what is going on and now that has affected my paycheck so I'm pretty upset.

I’m upset with Kia as a company. For so many cars being easily stolen. It was terrible that I had to wait 2 months to get my car back. I realize that this is a KIA corporate problem. International KIA rarely answered the phone. It was not a great experience. I was finally able to text Amanda after a month. My car seems fine and it looks like my mechanic Joey did a good job. So I have no complaints with Joey. I won’t be getting another KIA again.

Service seemed fine, the gentleman I spoke with initially was kind, oil change was very pricey, I had to ask about the courtesy check and if there were any issues. Didn't get my cc back so I had to drive back again to get it (partly my fault for not realizing, but an inconvenience all the same).

Do not like the fact that I had to pay to top off oil, especially since I hav my car service there The service person Steven is great explain everything to me. I am very disappointed in Kia International rules also will never purchase another Kia car. To many problems
