In effort to be proactive I asked person that contacted me to make appt if a loaner car was available. I was told no bc service was only 1/1/2-2 hrs. It took 2 days. 2nd time that had happened..... They should be advised not to give time frames. Also I have to bring the car back bc my seat is defective from the repairs that were done. I'm not sure if they forgot to put the seat cushion back in or what?

This interaction with not only Kevin, but Luey the manager as well as the women working at the front desk with an attitude not involved in our situation but wanting to rudely insert herself. I was lied to multiple time by both Kevin and Luey with proof of messages and paperwork to prove it. I had a warranty for my tires that they did not want to keep due to their original mistake by selling me my car already with after market wheels on it in the first place. I was again without my car for over a week with children to transport at home. This is my third time dealing with this dealership due to a repair since purchasing the car from there and although I am in love with KIA vehicle, this experience has not only made me not want to deal with this particular dealership but not even own a KIA anymore. We will be selling our Telluride and will never purchase a KIA again. I am also in the process of making sure others are aware of the disgusting behavior that has been demonstrated by the staff at Orland Park Kia. It truly makes me sick.
