He was very informative every step of the way. It was hard to get through sometimes on the phone and he would contact me through text. I knew what was happening with my car and when it would be ready. I was very happy with the way, he handled my warranty situation.

I believe there is still an issue with my car. Especially when I drive on the highway. I did take it back the same day of service but I was told that my car is fine and nothing was wrong with it. The alignment did help somewhat but I still feel a pull.

I came in and requested an oil change, tire rotation, and recall inspection. Without my awareness the dealership included air filter replacements which increased my overall costs above $100. Ultimately I should have checked the documentation more closely, but this practice leaves me with the impression this dealership is purely seeking to squeeze out profits from consumers. I will be sure to share my experience with others as I’m loyal to KIA but not this type of practice.

Service was good. The only issue I had was that I was promised a 10% discount but when I went to pick up my vehicle on Saturday, there was no discount, and the cashier said she can’t apply it. That was disappointing
