Quality customer service, However,I still had a problem. My car is stopping. Kia just replaced the motor, but you want me to pay $165.00 to trouble shut,and my care is still under warranty.outside of that, ????great job.

From a prior service visit I vowed to never go there again. I should have known better. After I left I called Bruno and left a voice message with a question. He never called back. Thanks for the $82.50 Diet Pepsi and nothing else. Didn't even wash the car, but happy to take my money for not fixing my problem.

Customer service is very good. Andrew was very accommodating and very much concern on customers'needs. He pays crucial attention to the vehicle and informs customers necessary stuffs that needs to be done immediately. Further, he is very empathetic that he is able to provide satisfactory service especially with regards to customers' safety relating to their vehicle usage and other particular details that requires immediate attention. Praise to the mechanics, too, who had done the job professionally and very well.

I had a appointment for 7 am on august 1 st. I originally had to bring the stinger and have photos taken of all the door trim pitting from the a to the c pillar. After a month waiting for a approval from Kia corporate I was told make a appointment you parts are in! I took today off of work and woke up at 545 and got there for my 7 am appointment. When I arrived I was told about an hour. 2 hours later I’m told only one part was in. I would not be pissed if I arrived and was told parts aren’t in and not waste 2 hours of my time and taken a vacation day for nothing with no apology. I don’t want my **** kissed but I don’t want my time wasted. I never write stuff like this but I’m pissed but do not want someone getting fired over this! I just want my car fixed that I take great care of! And paid a lot for a Kia.
