I purchased a used vehicle from lees summit Subaru and the day after I bought it it had to go back I. The shop, it ended up being their for 60 days. The used car and new car salesman said nothing except “you have a loaner and that cost us $35 a day. After 4 weeks I was forced to call Subaru of America because the dealer did not care even after I told them part of my lovely hood depended on this car that I purchased. Subaru of America reluctantly after 60 days said they would reimburse me from jobs I could have done and the dealer has yet to say anything a long the lines of I’m so sorry at the very least. I delivered the loaner car back clean with a full tank of gas and min was covered in bird poop and less than half a tank of gas. I’m so disappointed.
Forgot to torque my drivers side lug nuts, so my drivers side wheels almost fell off while driving on 291. Please contact me if possible at or ****-****-xxxx
We spoke on what needed to be done and Greg informed me about tire rotations and a car wash! I don’t worry to much about the service tech personal because it’s there car, meaning it’s a Subaru and I know the service is on point! As for Greg he has been great each time I have come in!

When I made my appointment, the service person I spoke with recommended a software update in addition to my oil change + rotation. The software update that was recommended is: Rel_A2.21.40.20.
After 45 minutes or so, I was told my car was ready and my software was up to date. I mentioned the software update and was told that a manager must download the software, and the manager would not be in until Tuesday. Had I known this, I would not have driven to Lee’s Summit for the oil change until the software was available. And I’m not too keen on driving back out just for the software update I had originally made the appointment for.
