I choose to come to you because James treats me like a
Person and not a problem.
My car has been there a few times and I as irritating as it gets, he never changes his attitude towards me.

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change that I had an appointment for. I saw my car parked outside and I had to tell them that it was ready. If I didn't get up and check who knows how long I would have waited. Then they give me the key and I had to get my own car and get the plastic off the driver seat. ????
Great service for a Saturday in and out in less than 2 hours
