All personal were very nice and helpful. I think customer area needs more comfortable chairs. There are only 4. The table with high stools are not comfortable to sit for a long time. Plus no more water, coffee, or cookies etc.for waiting customers. Personal though are very nice and helpful.

My service experience was terrible. The whole service department that I had spoken to was rude and didn’t care especially Daniella… my car appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and didn’t get my car back until 4:15. I called at 1:30 and Daniella picked up with the rudest of attitudes she didn’t say my name or car was on file when they said they’d fix the file after I left, she also said I wouldn’t see my car until Tuesday. The file was never fixed as my name is still wrong as the review was sent to me. I waited six hours and I’m sure my car was only seen after I told her I’m on my way to pick up my car cause I don’t want them to do the service if it takes that to get my car seen. I purchased my car with a good warranty expecting I’d get the most of customer service that vw has to offer but am just led to open disappointment to my local dealer ship after having such a hard brand loyalty. The gentleman who took in my car was just as rude and would rather have a convo with his coworkers instead of a customer showing how much this dealership doesn’t care about customer service. After I called them saying I don’t want the service cause it’s taking long. As soon as I arrived I was told by Daniella that my car has no oil and I wouldn’t be able to take it. My car was washed even after I declined too.
The staff was very friendly, helpful. Was totally satisfied with the work done on my car. No pressure when recommended some more work needing to be done on my car. I’ll definitely be back in the future for further repairs.Thank you Dani for always communicating with me through the whole process.
After service my car overheated on my way to lake arrowhead and was low on coolant
