There was oil or grease on my seat. In addition I found it strange that my mirrors were repositioned, the manitino was in race vs sport that I keep it in. My dash gauges were not in my normal setting. It seems as if someone took my car for a test drive and forgot to put things back the way they were.

My car was scratched while under your care and y’all refused to repair the damage. Using the excuse that it was damaged beforehand. We did a walk around before handing over the vehicle and no damage was notated. It is highly disappointing from such a reputable company. I will never bring my car back.

I have spoken with many Ferrari owners and quite often they advise that the reason their older Ferraris are serviced at FOH is because of Giuseppe's
presence.

Dealing with Mike is easily the best experience a customer could have. You guys should pay him a ton more because Ive dealt with service departments of all major exotic brands and there isnt a single “Mike” at any of them. So make sure you understand what you have there.
