Oil change & tire rotation was fine but you guys over inflated my tires. On the display, it shows my tires were inflated to 38 & 39. On my door it says 35 PSI. As the tire spins when driven, the PSI rise to 40 & 41. Are you sure your mechanics are ASE certified or at least have a common sense when airing the tires? Look at the gauges as airing up the tires. Idiots.

It was my first time having my new vehicle serviced and this is by far the worst service appointment experience I have had. The lack of customer service and basic people skills is appalling and a shame to the Toyota name! The wait times and lack of communication made me feel like I was not a valued customer. I expected more/better, its disappointing and makes me not want to return to this location for future services. If I knew the service was going to be this poor I would've bought my car elsewhere, Northridge Toyota does not deserve a single penny more from me - im so glad this service was "free" (lets be honest its in the sticker price)! Don't bother harassing me with emails or trying to contact me to "discuss how we can make you completely satisfied with your overall service experience", just do better! Mandatory customer service training or hospitality training to help staff learn how to be kind humans is a good start :) If this personnel issue stems from the way management treats staff and/or expectations the Northridge Toyota locations holds - you need to do some serious reflecting because its tainting your reputation. Everyone i spoke to about my experience had nothing but bad things to say... seriously hope you all consider my feedback as you continue to expand because if its not addressed now issues will only get worse.
