Aaron was great! He got me in and out in about an hour for what was really an emergency. I really appreciated the effort.
I was told car will he ready at 12:30 pm. I called at least 15 times to find out status of my car and wanted to speak to Alex but he never answered my calls. I left several messages with operator and service department. I told whoever answer the calll I need my car as I have a doctors appointment at 2:15 pm. Alex finally called after when I was at the doctor office. Alex lacks of customer service and should be trained to return calls. Bybthecway his voice mail was full.

Didnt call me back regarding my vehicle being ready for pickup. Didn’t tell me I needed to call in advance to pickup my truck for a “late pickup”. Couldn’t use my truck for work today. Also didn’t give a second key even though the invoice says 2nd key on it. Didn’t even bother cleaning up the coolant spilled all over my engine bay!
Had an appointment and waited 3 hours.

Wait time is longer than usual for today's visit and they forgot to put the sticker on the windshield for the next service.
After waiting three hours, I received a message asking if I wanted my tires aligned and telling me what it would cost. I had prepaid for a service package. And, at that moment was not sure if the tire alignment was included. At home, I found my earlier receipts in the glovebox and yes, that service should have been included. Not a happy customer today.

Your mechanics changed seat position, adjusted A/C, turned off headlights, changed view of digital meter, and all of that was required to change motor oil in a car?
Purchased a gold certified 160 point inspection vehicle and was sold a car that had issues. Was told to pay over $500 out of pocket to fix issues although the car was just purchased. Broken tpms sensor and alignment issues.
