I was told car will he ready at 12:30 pm. I called at least 15 times to find out status of my car and wanted to speak to Alex but he never answered my calls. I left several messages with operator and service department. I told whoever answer the calll I need my car as I have a doctors appointment at 2:15 pm. Alex finally called after when I was at the doctor office. Alex lacks of customer service and should be trained to return calls. Bybthecway his voice mail was full.

I had a really good experience at Northridge Toyota, especially with Heidi Buchanan. She was patient, clear, and genuinely looked out for my safety. She noticed a tire issue I hadn’t realized was serious and took the time to explain everything without pressure. Didnt call me back regarding my vehicle being ready for pickup. Didn’t tell me I needed to call in advance to pickup my truck for a “late pickup”. Couldn’t use my truck for work today. Also didn’t give a second key even though the invoice says 2nd key on it. Didn’t even bother cleaning up the coolant spilled all over my engine bay!

After waiting three hours, I received a message asking if I wanted my tires aligned and telling me what it would cost. I had prepaid for a service package. And, at that moment was not sure if the tire alignment was included. At home, I found my earlier receipts in the glovebox and yes, that service should have been included. Not a happy customer today.

Purchased a gold certified 160 point inspection vehicle and was sold a car that had issues. Was told to pay over $500 out of pocket to fix issues although the car was just purchased. Broken tpms sensor and alignment issues.
