The service person didn’t let me know that after a certain time the keys get locked up and my friend drove me from Westwood to get my car in rush hour only to find out that I couldn’t get my car. She had just dropped me off and I had to get her to come back and get me. A total Inconvenience. And the next day was just as bad customer service. I left a few messages and no one called me back about my car. Not sure I will return to this dealership now. Seems customer service isn’t like it used to be. And my daughter and I are both Toyota car owners and are in the market to look for new cars and was going to have her go here. But probably not now. Really disappointed.

Scratched the inner walls where lugs nuts are located on factory matte black rims making it really noticeable on 2025 Sienna Woodland. I had a feeling to not to go there, a lot of people never care or have respect.

Appointment on recalls should be made based on availability of the parts, unfortunately I waited almost 3.5 hours and the outcome was (Sorry we don’t have the parts and have to order)!
