I came in for tire rotation. It took over 2 hours and when I went to inquire why is the wait so long, I was given no explanation, but then within 3 minutes the vehicle was ready. Maintenance request wasn’t reset, service advisor’s demeanor was far from the Northridge Toyota standard that I’ve experienced thus far.
Jeff is extremely kind and professional. I will definitely schedule my next appointment with him.
The master mechanics service and knowledge was sad. Master mechanic couldn't tell the difference between connectors, let alone diagnose the issue properly. The initial technician correctly found the issue right away when I first brought the truck in for the issue. I was told it would take about a month for the replacement harness to come in. I couldn't wait because it was a safety concern and I needed my truck. I myself am a master mechanic so I did a temporary fix myself, for the safety of my family. When I took it back in to get the harness replaced, they said I also need a taillight assembly, I said okay. When I picked up the truck after the promised time, I was told they didn't replace the harness because it was working properly. I told them I fixed it temporarily because its a safety concern. They told me its fine and replacement wasn't necessary. Very poor communication. Service advisor was a nice guy, but he and the mechanics could have done much better for something this simple.

I ended up working with Anthony who did a great job. Joe wasn’t working for me.
The service person didn’t let me know that after a certain time the keys get locked up and my friend drove me from Westwood to get my car in rush hour only to find out that I couldn’t get my car. She had just dropped me off and I had to get her to come back and get me. A total
Inconvenience. And the next day was just as bad customer service. I left a few messages and no one called me back about my car. Not sure I will return to this dealership now. Seems customer service isn’t like it used to be. And my daughter and I are both Toyota car owners and are in the market to look for new cars and was going to have her go here. But probably not now. Really disappointed.
