This was hands down the best service experience I’ve ever had. Heidi went above and beyond. She really took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. Because of her exceptional service, we chose to purchase the multi service package, and she truly earned our trust and loyalty!!! We have known Noel for a long time. Noel is wonderful to work with. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and nice. He kept us informed on the progress of the repairs and let us know when the car was ready to pick up. We will be seeing him again soon with our other cars.
