I have 2 issues. First concerning oil change, My console alert says oil 30% needed to be reset. I don’t know how. Second concerning estimate for water leak. Quoted one price $170. Charged $400. More than double. And it was incomplete. However I was glad to get it back next day. I am also not happy even more with Acura location rudely sending me there instead of taking care of issue themselves when it was issue that came with car. And they didn’t even call or follow up at all. Considering I purchased car just a few months ago. This issue Ron Tonkin should have covered the labor for. The way they were like oh it’s not an Acura sorry we can’t help u! Go to our Honda location! But they had no problem selling me the car at that location! Yeah ball was seriously dropped there.
Austin was great otherwise. He didn’t give me the quote and handled everything professional and would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Trudy has taken care of me since day one. At this point when I go in she calls me over and takes care of me. trudy has taken the time to connect with me personally and works with where I’m at. Always gives me all the information I need to make informed decisions and is really supportive and kind. I really appreciate Trudy and it keeps me coming back having people who care about me as a person along with the safety of my car with my children. No issues. Everything went as it should.
Tyler was not helpful, offered no information. Actually, it was obvious he couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Fine
The vehicle gas gauge/instrument panel/display information was not re-set.
Whoever did the service did not put settings back on. After running at least 45 minutes over the anticipated time, parking area jammed, we get out into traffic & a storm & have to fiddle with “Settings” to function.
Not to mention, your waiting area is COLD! All seating available is in a draft or under a fan. Likely it’s good-bye.
