I got oil change and tires rotation, on my way home the low pressure on the tires got on, i don’t know what happened but it had to be something they did in the service place, I’m calling to stop by tomorrow, it’s a well maintained car and never had that service light on.

Daniel was super friendly and answered everything we were confused about.

I made an appt to have my car looked at for a sound that was coming from the front end/ brakes and to have the maintenance issues that where due. No one ever called us to let us know what and/ or if anything was wrong, so we called and they said it was ready to pick up. When I picked it up they had only done the maintenance oil change and inspection. When I asked why the other stuff was not looked at, they said that I would have needed to make an appt for that and that their department guys where not equipped to do the diagnostic testing that it needs. So I would have to go and make another appt.. which I did not.. I had already taken the time from work to drop it off, get a ride from someone to be able to drop off and pick up and felt highly inconvenience to the point I did not want to make another appt with your facility and now left to be inconvenienced again for who knows how long until I can get this fixed and be able to drive it comfortably.

He was pleasant, informative, and gave a good explanation of the issue.

Daniel Little is a fantastic human being. A trying time having my car break down in a city I don't live in. Daniel was kind, accountable, and went out if his way to make my life a little easier. He offered a loaner, and wrangled a discount on services rendered. He informed me of what was absolutely necessary to attend to, and what could wait a minute. In a time when customer service can be a grueling experience, Daniel reminds me there are really good people in the car industry. I really appreciated my experience. Thank you.
