Came for what I needed. Multi inspection said low beam headlights were satisfactory, when one of the low beams weren’t working. I don’t think that would satisfactory. Sure there were a lot of things done for the car, but a simple switch or a knob and checking something so small which takes so little time, was skipped and basically lied about. Makes me feel a little uncomfortable about the whole process because of something so little was skipped. Not taking offense to the technician or whomever checked of “satisfactory” for something that was basically not.
Daniel was so kind and helpful. He provided the best customer service ever and since he was so amazing I will be back to get my oil changed by you guys forever. Thanks again Daniel!
I had my car towed into Tonkin Honda because it died on the side of the road. The car was there for a little over a week. When the car was returned to me, I drove a few blocks to the nearest gas station where my car died. I called up Ron Tonkin. The person on the other line sent someone to jump my car and told me they had needed to jump my car while they were working on it. On my key chain I noticed a green piece of paper attached to it that said 'dead battery'. The worker jumped my car and I was able to drive home which is where it died again and wouldn't start. So after having my car in the shop for over a week and spending $2,000+, I was returned a car that still didn't work which had a problem of a dead battery that the Tonkin Honda employees were aware of but didn't fix and didn't say anything to me about while they had my car. I now had less than two hours to find a car to borrow so that I could drive to work.

Ron Tonkin Honda was able to do my repair on a walk in basis and they were able to complete the service I had scheduled for the following Monday. I have always had my vehicle serviced at Ron Tonkin Honda and I don’t expect to go anywhere else for service.
I thought it was a good value and it was completed quicker than I was expecting.

This last visit was a problem from service back in Sept. 2021 & thanks to the Manager Michael **** was handled with professionalism & understanding but not just as a customer but as a customer who needed help. They have my business !!!!!
