We appreciate the service provided by Austin. He clearly stated options, listened to my questions and provided specific answers. His demeanor was professional and friendly. We came in because the catalytic converter on our Element had been stolen and Austin understand our distress and was of great assistance throughout the process. Please thank him again for us.
Great service in a timely manner
I came with one issue, only to leave with multiple issues and attempted to charge me to get it back to where it was before I dropped it off. Although they did not charge me for it, it took several attempts of informing them that problem didn’t existed prior. I left feeling like it was my fault for the whole thing as they said they are “100% sure” that it was not because of them why the problems occurred. Also, the person I originally spoke to, Austin was rude and disregarded me when I was trying to explain to him the situation.

The person who helped me, I think his name was Josh, did an excellent job explaining what was going to be done and how long it would take and he seemed very knowledgeable. I was surprised he’d only started working there a short time. What I appreciated most was his attitude and kindness. I’m a recent widow and not used to being the one who deals with car maintenance. He made sure I had an opportunity to ask any questions if I didn’t understand what was happening.

Job well done but I noticed another possible problem. The chrome finish around the drivers side headlight is blistered. Not peeling yet but is lifting. Will eventually peel. Please advise.
