Trudy was very nice to me even though I was way too early. The process of what was going to happen to my factory defective brand new car was scary so I appreciated the kindness and cheerful humor throughout the whole interaction. Trudy also advised me on what type of car wash is safest for my brand new car and taught me about the process in case I wanted to have some tinting done to my car, as I had been curious and asked. Another person ended up helping me check out when it was all done (they were great too I don’t remember their name sadly) but Trudy still found me and smiled and waved to say goodbye. Made a stressful morning not stressful at all. I look forward to bringing my car back for scheduled maintenance.
