Two months to have warranty work done is not acceptable. When I first brought my HRV in for work,I was informed the part was not in and I would be notified in seven days for a appointment. Well three weeks later I called and nobody new anything about my problem, someone finely returned my call with the promise they would have information the next day, the call never happened. I made another call two weeks later, more of the same, returned call with the promise of information the next day, the call never happened. Nothing happen inteI I sent a email informing the person the federal trade commission was going to be contacted. I feel Ron Tonkin Honda was waiting for the warranty to run out, or some other game to get out fixing my car under warranty.I want to add this is my second car I bought from Tonkin Honda well it’s my last.

The service person was amazing! I liked that the tech was able to text me when they found an issue. I wasn’t happy to hear that I had to go to the RonTonkin dealership that I purchased my vehicle from to get the warranty info. I feel like the Honda dealership should have done that all for me and setup another appointment to get my car fixed right away. Instead, I have to make 2 extra trips to get the info to bring back and then come in to get it fixed. Please fix this!
