The service was fine. The service rep [Josh] was very profesional, courtious, and Knowledgable. I was disapointed to not recieve a free car wash coupon.
When I checked in, Tyler asked if I was waiting. I said yes. He took my keys and said it will take an hour or at the latest 2:45pm. I waited until 3pm and went and asked him if my car was ready. He said, you didn't get the text? I said what text? I said they've always came and got me and told me that the car is ready. I asked what time it was ready. He said 2:20pm. He said we've been texting people to let them know it's ready for the past 4 months. I said, that's wrong, I had my last oil change 3 months ago. Very bad customer service. I asked for a manager. The cashier Lady said they are not in on weekends. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow.
Tyler has been nothing but professional and friendly when I’ve scheduled appointments and was very helpful yesterday when I came in unexpectedly with a flat tire.

I thought i was happy then my husband came home and looked at my tires and discovereed 3 of 4 were put on backwards. The side of the tire that shows "INSIDE" is facing out. The only tire on correctly is the front passenger side

Yes. The three employees I dealt with were great.
Came in for an oil change. Was supposed to be 1 hour. Took an hour & 30 minutes.
& I was supposed to get a itemized list of the things my car needs & I was never sent anything.
Thomas was amazing, made my time there extremely easy and fast. Any questions I had he answered and honestly best experience I have had going to a dealership. This man deserves a raise!
I was charged an additional 270 because they couldn't get one of the tire lug nut off so they broke it off. They then had to replace the entire plate because one of the threads was broken. that means either they screwed up taking it off or Les Schwab screwed up putting it on the last time they put tires on. My guess is that tonkin screwed up taking it off. I don't think I should have had to pay for that. So I feel like I was taken for a ride a bit
Service agent was professional, thorough, and kept me updated through the process. Thank you for giving me prompt service as I did this during my lunch hour and was done and back to work within just a few minutes of my hour! That means a lot to me.
